At check-in you only get a bad room and after the complaint you get an appropriate room according to reservation and payment. That was the 3rd time!

I booked a single room and was impressed by the luxury bathroom, twin beds, and huge balcony. the pool area was clean, and the location was fantastic - close to various cafes, restaurants, and the airport. it was only a 5-minute walk from Playa de Palma.

The property is absolutely fabulous and great and sits close to the beach. the rooms are new-fashioned and tidy with 2 extra beds rammed in as well as TV. - the location is marvelous, the check-in is early. - A very lovely experience, would like to go back here again.

The beer tastes great, in the longdrinks they put a lot of alcohol in it. The rooms are clean and modern equipped. The location is also okay. The beach is only 10 minutes away
The cups at the all inclusive bar were too small. I had to walk to the bar all the time.
